Format: Work-study (4 days/week in-company)

Entry level: Minimum Bac +3 or equivalent (three years of higher education)

 

๐Ÿ‘‰ This programme includes a 4-day-per-week in-company internship, carried out in Luxembourg, across Europe, or internationally, offering immersive experience in project governance, coordination and strategic implementation.

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholders
• Define, plan, and monitor project performance indicators
• Control project risk, deadlines, and budgets
• Implement digital project tools and dashboards
• Support strategic alignment of projects with business goals
• Contribute to organisational change management
• Ensure project compliance, reporting and documentation
• Apply agile, hybrid and traditional methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)

• Internship, apprenticeship, or salaried employment
• 4 days per week in a company located in Luxembourg, Europe, or internationally

Year 1
• Continuous assessment
• Practical exercises and simulation (2h)
• Activity report + oral defence (30 min)
• Language: Reading comprehension (1h45)

 

Year 2
• Case study (4h)
• Final professional project defence (1h)
• Language: Listening comprehension (45 min)
• Final PMO practical assessment (1h20 quiz + 1h dashboard presentation)

 

๐Ÿ“ Upon successful completion, participants are awarded a High-Level Professional Certificate – Bac +5 level, issued by EIEBS Luxembourg.
