• Manage personnel administration (contracts, absences, leave, HR files)
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training operations
• Contribute to internal HR communication
• Ensure compliance with labor law and manage payroll and social declarations

• Master HR software and information systems (HRIS)
• Work in project mode and apply agile methodologies

Upon completion of each year, a Continuing Professional Certificate is awarded by EIEBS Luxembourg, corresponding respectively to Bac +1 and Bac +2 levels.
