Legal system of Luxembourg: sources, courts, and procedures
Company forms and corporate obligations in Luxembourg
Employment law and labour relations framework
Tax compliance and reporting obligations for businesses
Legal obligations in accounting and financial transparency
Role of CAA, CSSF, and relevant regulators
Regulatory framework for cross-border and holding structures
Luxembourg-specific commercial lease and real estate regulations

🌍 MODERN LANGUAGE MODULE (60–80 hours)
Mandatory (CEFR B2 level): English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese

• Legal and ethical values of the European Union
• Green transition and sustainable regulations
• Institutional roles in European law
• Transparency, ethics and anti-corruption (GRECO)

 

💼 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Internship, apprenticeship, or salaried employment
• 4 days per week in a company located in Luxembourg, Europe, or internationally

Year 1
• Continuous assessment
• Multiple-choice test (1h30)

• Professional thesis + oral defence (1h)

Year 2
• Case studies (3h and 5h)
• Final professional dissertation + defence (1h)

📝 Upon successful completion, participants are awarded a High-Level Professional Certificate – Bac +5 level, issued by EIEBS Luxembourg.
